Dogs and Inks
Taking any shape, form or picture the inks are tilted and dripped to form an abstract piece, all of which are interesting. I decided inks was the best material to use as I was attempting to avoid the figure of the dog and inks allow me to distort the image beyond recognition. Inks also allow for a flow which was necessary when experimenting with the abstract (most basic and broken down) movements of the dog. I've used them in different materials, pva glue, cloth and paper. The best effect occurs on paper although the result of ink in hardened pva glue is definitely something to look at. I shall, with complete enjoyment, continue to experiment using inks.
